Your Natural Path Refund Policy: We want you to be incredibly satisfied with the Your Natural Path journey and believe in this work fully.  We know that it's not always the right time, or some programs just aren't the right fit.  We offer a 30-day refund period for purchases. 

However, in order to qualify and be eligible for a refund, you must show proof that you did the work in the materials, attended the community calls and that the program did not work for you. Please note that if you checked out with the 3 payment plan option, we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted to our team. 

In the event that you decide that Your Natural Path was not right for you, within 30 days of the program start date, please email: jessica@bluebarkandco.com and let my team know that you’d like a refund before the 30th day at 11:59 EST. You need to include your program work with your refund request. Please note: we cannot process a refund request without program work. If you submit a refund request without it, we will not be able to grant your refund request. 

The work that you must submit with your request for a refund includes:
     - Completed program work in the guidebook as well as participation in the community calls prior to refund request.

   

We do not offer refunds more than 30 days following the start date of the program. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required program work at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. 

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Blue Bark & Co. To further clarify the refund process, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from the program start date and all payments must be made on a timely basis.
